voice warning system

I can't get my voice warning to turn off and my door is closed...does anyone know how to just disconnect the voice warning system all together? oh I have 1985 300zx if that helps

does it say: Left door is open?

If so, open trunk
remove spare tire cover.
remove tail light cover.
re-attach sensor to trunk key switch.
put it back together.
