Valve leak advice

Hello everyone, I'm looking for some direction here hopefully from anyone who has done this before.

Subject is an 87 turbo, 197k on the clock.

Basically the short and sweet of it is I recently completed a leak down test and found only one problem on #3 cyl exhaust valve (loosing 20 psi). Surprisingly enough the remaining cylinders showed only 2-4 psi drop which was far less than what I was told to expect on a normal engine.

What brought me to do this test was an intermittent misfire and I had pretty much rulled out fuel and ignition.
For those of you who like to read spark plugs, here is a pic of the #3.

So what I would like to know is 2 things.
1. Is there any way I can confirm the valve issue?

2. Is there anything I should look for on the top end under the rocker cover before I commit to pulling the head?
(This probably doesnt help, but here is a pic of the rockers from a few months back when I replaced the gaskets)

Thanks very much, please let me know if I can provide any further information.
