two lines to wastegate

hello everyone, I just got a 1984 ae z31 in great condition. I decided to put a manual boost control on but my wastegate has two vacuum lines and t on it. everything looks factory but I couldn't find this setup on google pics or search in this forum.

yes same on my 85 and 86
