T-5 tranny

Does anyone know how difficult it is to rebuild a T-5 borg-warner tranny, and where the best reference material is to be found on the subject? I have a spare one for my 300ZXT but I'd like to fix it up before my ailing one in my DD blows up.

As far as I have heard, they are identical to the mustang/camero T-5's, except for the bell housing. This should make it considerably easier to find information regarding rebuilding.
