Need Idler Pulley Tension Bolt
Nissan only sells it as part of the assembly. I can try the junk yards, unless someone has a better suggestion. Appears to be a 6x10, but probably too long for easy replacement. Open to input from the board.

Is the current one stripped or missing? If it's still available, take it to NAPA or a hardware store & get another w/ the same thread pitch. Or just take the assembly to the store & search for a good metric fit. Or use the other tensioner & get the same bolt.

It's not stripped or missing. Operator error resulted in breaking the head off of the bolt. It's really long, which makes me think that Auto Parts or Hardware stores probably will not have a replacement. I think my best option is to get one from the "junk yard". Thank you for the suggestions.

Problem Solved
Here is what I did. Found a M6 bolt the right length (4.5") at the hardware store, but the threads were only about 1 inch from the tip. I asked if they sold a 1.0 pitch thread die, which they did. Threaded the rest of the bolt to within about 1/2" of the bolt head. Worked perfect!
