Nasty tapping
 

Just took my '86 NA on a pretty long trip. Once I got home, I noticed that my valves were tapping pretty badly and my oil pressure was lower than usual. I understand there could be many answers to this problem so give me everything you've got.

I know what you are thinking but my oil level is just fine!

In my Z31, the valves always made more noise right around the time to change the oil. How many miles do you have on your oil? What kind of oil do you use?
