Help swapping a Z engine

I'm just about there. I have all the electrical connections labeled and disconnected, vacuum lines disconnected and labeled, everything disconnected/ disassembled except the transmission, mounts and exhaust. I'm trying to remove the manifold where the cross manifold (I think its called) links the left and right side. The last bolt is located directly in-line with the shaft that goes between the steering wheel and the power steering pump on the rack. I removed the bolt on the collar where it connects to the steering wheel and the bolt where it attaches to the pump. I tried WD-40 and some pressure to pop the shaft out, but I can't get it. Is there something I'm missing or another way to get to that 3rd and last bolt?
