Clutch pedal pressure problems!
Hello everybody! I'm a new owner to a 88 nissan 300zx. I'm starting to learn new things about cars but i can't seem to find out this one. Can you help me out?
My clutch pedal sticks to the floor and has to be pulled back by foot/hand. So i looked up the problem online and i tried to bleed it but i sat there for a good 15-20 minutes pumping the heck out of the pedal with some new fluid in there. So i looked in the manual and found out what the master cylinder and slave cylinder does. I heard that it might be that my clutch is gone or one of my cylinders might be out. Please let me know what you think or what it could be! |
Welcome to ZDriver!
Replace clutch master & slave cylinder. |
Welcome from a newbie!
I'm new to the boards but not new to Z31's. It's commonly agreed (as mentioned above) to replace both the slave and master at the same time. |
Ahhh, well i figured out that my fluid was bone dry. LOL. Fixed the problem! Thanks for the welcome and the help!
