Clutch Fork. Pivot Ball.

This unreal transporter is what I'm working with

so i take the busted one out.

I find a way to get the new...better* pivot ball in after already nicked and oil bathed.

fork doesn't go over the ball in place.

take the ball out.

fork the fork in.

can't get the ball in.

get the ball in, fork is half cm. from destined fit.

Fork out ball in, ready to pull Mr. Tranny.

Now i'm rethinking.....maybe with slim, long needle nose I may have the back support from the retainer clip to hold the ball in place while I JAB it up to its threads..

ANYONE OUT THERE HAVE SEX WITH THIS ONE YET?

I never knew you could get that fork pivot out with the transmission still attached to the engine... so, I guess you should remove the tranny. Or use your Unreal transporter to transport the pivot ball into the bellhousing while you hold the fork in place. The trick will be to get the ball transported just right so it is screwed in tight uppon re-appearance...

yep. a far simpler way would be to remove the transmission.
