Exclamation '87 Front Exhaust Pipe

Hi, guys. I'm looking for a front exahust pipe for an '87 300ZX non-turbo 5-speed. It's discontinued from Nissan with none showing on a locator. Normal aftermarket suppliers (walker, bosal) don't supply anything. What have you guys done in this situation?

From: warmspott, trollville.......somewhere sailing the seas--fla, virgin islands...wherever....warm water....LOL
i took my 1986 na slicktop to a discount muffler shop--express muffler, or some such and had my entire system replaced with a bullet system--he replaced all the pipes from engine to exhaust for minibux and she sounds way cool. try somethimg simple such as that--why allow access to your wallet for overpriced stuff that does not last very long when for less, one achieves a better air flow--less restriction, better tone to the lovely song, and longer life for anolder engine with higher miles?????

Thanks for the reply. Pardon my ignorance, though, but what is a "bullet" system?

To be honest with you, I work in the parts dept at a Nissan dealer (the Toyota dealer wasn't hiring ) and I'm trying to locate one for a customer. I'm about to tell him I can't help him unless I can get a solid way of getting him one. If he's going to go the custom route, that wouldn't be through me anyway.

put the part number in at http://www.nissanparts.cc see if that comes up with something you can order.

I ordered mirrors from that website right after the dealership said none were available worldwide.
