86 300zx window washer, compass

Im restoring my 86 and the front and rear window washer doesnt work ,Im not getting any noise at all so it must be a motor any help. Also the compass and the other gauge beside it light up but there are no arrows or numbers on either one can some one help me . thanks fosterlife
