I have a 84 turbo i am about to order the weld on tubes so i can fit s13 coils on my z. My questions are does any1 know if megan racing track coilovers use the same thred pitch as stance? Also in the rear i read that if u use the z31 top hat they just bolt in but that puts a lot of load on the rear shock towers has anyone ever had a problem in the rear or should i reinforce it some how

 

People say it puts stress there but I havent heard of anyone having issues. MikeP over at Z31p tracks his car on coils without an issue. Probably quite a few others too. If youre super worried about it check out Butters build and weld some plate up top.
