What to be aware of

I'm hopefully picking up a 84 z31 300zx this weekend, what common issues should I look for? Like common rust spots, typical mechanical failures, stuff like that?

Wish I could offer more than this but, I would ask for any and all maintenance records with particular attention paid to timing belt/water pump replacement. I've tended to be most concerned with leaks and compression. The rest I would be apt to change anyways.
