v52 engine new
 

I just got a new engine in on a deal and the only identifying marks are v52 and 3921a on the block and l-v52 and r-v52 on the heads. this puppy is brand new. It came complete with the fuel injection system as well as exhaust manifold. can anyone help me id it.
