Strobelike headlights/no dsh lights
 

I've had my 87Z na for about two weeks and is currently working out the usual bugs. The main one that im concerned with is my flickering headlights. When i first turned on my lights and checked my h&l beam, i only had one. I think its the low beam, because when i pull my switch to blink my lights ,no lights. When im driving about 3-5 mph, the lights are ok, its when i increase my speed, the lights began to flicker almost to a strobelike effect. i've replaced the light, still the same, checked the wiring ,no breaks, also no dash lights, i don't know if this is connected or not, but if someone has had this problem or know how to point me in the right direction i would be most HAPPY. ps someone told me to check the bulb control relay, i have no idea the location or the how to
