Start up after engine swap

UJust bought an 85 with broken belt, replaced engine with used one, one installed new belt and tensioner I checked the compression and had 130-150 at each cylinder, new plugs wires, when trying to start it sounds like it’s hitting on one cylinder, have strong spark to all, fuel pressure is 55, have checked and rechecked timing, all good, have taken dist out and replaced with spare with same problem, getting clicks when turning dist while out which tells me the ecm is signaling injectors for fuel. Z has pre campaign wiring setup for injectors which are working baffled. at problem. Help please.

compression is normal?
spark checker shows good spark
you do not want it to roar to life 3000 rpm , best to have it oiled well thru out , i pull all but 2 wires to fire a eng that has set
try carb spray in the intake once to see if that changes

Swap

figured it out, the injectors were stuck, I pulled them, jumped them with 12 volts until they clicked solid, put new seals, new wires back to pre campaign and she fired right up.
