Will a speed sensor for an analog dash work with a digital dash?

 

Depends on the years I'm sure.

Think the digital senders were different 84-86 compared to 87-89. Not sure if they were different between the analog and digital on 87-89, but the analog 84-86 don't use a seperate speed sensor.
