Remember those Z31 calendars I told you about?

Well, they're finally here...

Get yours while the gettin's good.

Once they go to printing, there will probably not be any more printed. So get your order in today! They are scheduled to go to the printers during the week of December 8th-12th. Only a few extra calendars will be printed, so don't miss the boat! These are cheap and will be a collector's item as you will NOT find these in stores.

This is a full 12 month full color calendar featuring ONLY Z31s. Many different cars/styles/personal preferences are represented.

Please PM or e-mail me with any questions you may have.

That's cool.
Any chance a Z32 calendar would be available?

AZ-ZBum 12-04-2003 08:34 AM

I believe that someone on http://300zxclub.com created some last year. Not sure if they will again this year or not.

Riz Z Speed 12-04-2003 04:14 PM

Oh well so much for that idea then. Thanks anyway.

Hey Rizz,

You're a moderator now, so why don't YOU get something started for that Z32 calendar?!? You've got the power now...

Power?

You must have me confused with someone else. All I can do is delete and/or edit your swear words for the most part.:p
Besides a calendar sounds like work.:(
I have enough to do at the moment. Besides I wouldn't know where to start. Selling them just sounds like more work on top of that as well. I think I'm just to lazy for all that.:p I'd rather just permanently 'borrow' one.

Time is running out on calendars orders...

The proof is in the mail to me and should arrive Wednesday. After I look things over, the final word will be given and the order will be placed.

I've had several people ask for the address to send checks or money orders to. So far, I've only received one. I will be ordering a few extra calendars, but not many. So when they're gone, they're gone. And there may not be more printed.

If you don't see your name on the list, I didn't get your money yet. The list is at the bottom of the order page.

I'm still down for 10... M.O. is in the mail.... really, it is...

Riz Z Speed 12-31-2003 11:58 AM

I found a 300zx calendar. it's for the Z32 though.
it's on ebay and personally I think it looks quite nice but kinda pricey for a calendar in my opinion.

AZ-ZBum 01-05-2004 04:44 PM

Those calendars is the Kinkos default that cost $19.95 to make. You provide the 12 pictures and it's done.

So there's $10.05 profit from the calendars.

Shipping is $3.85 via USPS Priority Mail, so there's another $3.14 profit per calendar.

Not a bad deal for him. Probably bought 10 of them and kept one for himself then is selling the other 9. Lets see.... $13.19 x 9 = $118.71. Not a bad gig. Maybe I should raise the price next year if I do them again.

Riz Z Speed 01-05-2004 05:06 PM

LMAO

shrewd....
just plain shrewd...
but I'll let it slide cuz it's funny!
:D :p :D

86ZXTurbo 01-08-2004 01:49 PM

so BUM, yer gonna make a 2005 for right??? :) hell use the same pix I dont care, I just love having this calender on my wall and dont want to stop at the end of 2004! :D

AZ-ZBum 01-13-2004 08:04 PM

Most likely. I'll probably start earlier so I don't get rushed at the end of the year again and pay tons of extra money on overnight shipping.

Hmmm...looks like he was only able to sell one of them! So instead of making a nice profit...he's lost money and stuck with a bunch of paper for the bird cage. Are you sure you still want to risk it next year AZ??

I pre-sold the calendars. I had money up front for 115 calendars and then printed off 10 extras. I didn't use that ugly Kinkos default, and it didn't cost me $20 each to print. I made enough money off them to buy my upgraded brakes, but not really to pay for the headaches and such that go along with it. But since I was mostly doing it for myself, and selling them to others was a bonus, I have no issues with doing it again.

Copper727 01-18-2004 09:00 AM

Yeah, I think you have the right attitude there to becoming a great entrepreneur, AZ! Planning ahead and pre-selling is a wonderful idea, instead of having to wait and worry whether you'll be able to sell them all like that guy on eBay.

And you're right. It's not always about making the money and balancing the budget...sometimes it is just enjoying what you're doing for yourself and other people, especially other Z drivers. :p So how about continuing this feel-good moment by hookin' me up with a free calendar AZ?? Haha, I'm just kidding...;)

85TurboZ 01-18-2004 01:52 PM

I want one. Moneys a bit tight right this minute , though. :(

86ZXTurbo 01-18-2004 01:59 PM

Well you say youve done it for yourself but I hope u know how much we appreciate you making us a QUALITY Z31 calender. really. I will definitly buy one for 2005 from you.
