If you're talking about a JDM RB20 then before you do anything, think about this...

What happens when you get it all swapped and something fails? Do you have a manual for the engine, and all the diagnostic procedures (written in English)? How will you go about getting parts for a JDM engine and can you get along without the car for however many weeks or months it will take to find and get the parts to repair it? You will be hard pressed to find a mechanic willing to work on it if you can't figure it out or repair it yourself.

JDM swaps seem to be a rave for the moment, but I just can't wait til simple things fail on them and they can be had at the local pick-a-part yards. It's just not the brightest idea unless you've got fairly deep pockets and are a decent technician.

To simply answer your question though, yes, it will fit. You will have to do some custom fabrication to mount the engine though. The only people that can tell you EXACTLY what you need to do are those whom have already done the swap.
