MY PASSENGER SIDE WINDOW GOES DOWN BUT WILL NOT GO UP BOTH SIDE SWITCHES WILL NOT ROLL IT UP. IF I TURN THE WIRES AROUND IT WILL GO UP BUT NOT DOWN....PLEASE HELP

could be your motor is taking it's dying breaths. find a good one at a junkyard - the dealer wants an enormous price for them. of course, try cleaning the switch contacts first as that would be the easiest/cheapest fix.

It could also just be one of the switches, I had that same problem, and the contacts on the "up" side of the switch had bent and loosened over the years and just weren't contacting, so if you pry up the switch and just bend all the tabs in and make sure all the pins are making contact, it may help!

It's a switch. If it was the motor, then it wouldn't work at when you switched the wires around. Nice trouble shooting so far....good luck!
