pheonix gold amp
 

I was wondering what everyone thought of the older Pheonix gold amps, cuz i just installed one in my 86 300zx and it's my first car amp so i was wondering what you guys thought of it

Pheonix gold is some good [censored] i have a [censored] load of pheonix gold components running throughout my car and so far i have liked what i have seen or should i say herd. Its all top of hte line [censored] so it is porbably definatly worth it even if it is older and not that powerful as what some of the newer amps are plus depending on what you are using it to power in these cars it all sounds great when done properly

If you are talking about the M series Competition Amps they are very good. They are very powerful if you can get them down to the 1 to 2 ohm range.
