Hello all. My name is Goose and I have a chance to get a 300zx (z31) for free from my mother in law. Problem is not sure what year cause she doesnt know. She said one day it kinda just died on her and took it to a mechanic and they said it was an electrical problem. I was wondering if there are any common problems wiith these cars that might help me out. Any helpful info is welcome and appreciated! I hope you guys can help cause I think its a badass car and I want it . Thanks fellas.

She doesn't know what model year her car is? Tell her to check her auto insurance statement or state vehicle registration form. The car's model year will be printed on it.
