Will a front end from a '84 turbo fit a non turbo?

 

yes. The only difference is the turbo has little notches for the front chin spoiler.

Which IC are you getting?

Depending on the IC, you don't need a new front bumper. Some ICs may require some trimming of pieces to make it fit. The Spearco IC kit doesn't require any modifying of the body I believe.
