Lines comming off of throttle body
 

So I'm just about done with my head gasket job and found these two ports comming off the bottom of the TB. It appears like water was flowing through there but i cant seem to find the outlite line for it. I'm not really sure where to find this other line or if it should have water flowing through it. I cant really find much on the FSM so here I am. I will post pics later tonight.

The other side has the same deal but I have a water line going to it that comes from the firewall and splits in two, one going to the Throttle body, the other going to the thermostat housing.

Edit: not sure if this matters but it is an 86 NA 5-speed
