I should introduce myself
 

Hello people.My name is Mike.I'm new here so I just thought I'd introduce myself.I'm from Houston.I've got an'85 zx turbo 5sp.
Yes it's red.Really red.Just got it 3months ago.Haven't driven it much because I was very involved w/ a 280zx.It's gone now & I'm ready to get to know the 300.No real mod's to speak of,just a K&N cone,boost gauge,& boost controller.I don't plan to do any heavy mod's.It's going to be an everyday driver.The only future mod's I have in mind:Stanza throttlebody,3" turboback exhaust,popoff valve adjustment,better suspension(a repair as much as a mod),and maybe some type of home-made CAI.I don't know a lot about z31's so I'm hoping to learn as much as I can here by just reading & listening.I'll occasionally ask for tip's or help if that's cool.In fact I'll start right now;)My gauges got kinda wac tonight.The temp. & oil pressure gauges were going up & down like a big dog.Pegged out one second & normal the next.If that's ever happened to you and you have an idea of what may be causing it please share.It's digital BTW.
