ok so sent the last payment to hoovs friend. where he told me to send it and now i got no pinkslip. im not sure what to do any advice? im at a total loss

how were you going to get the title?

That's why I made sure to exchange the money at the title bureau as we were going in and the guy had already handed me one of the keys to the car.
