HELP PLEASE!!!; GM Module Conversion

Hi,

I have a WB RX7 which was was converted to VG30 power, discarted the Rotocrapper . Anyways I was using the car for the past 2 years now with the Nissan ECM but had several tunning issues so I went and bought a Holley Commander programable ECM, same one I use on my Pontiac Turbo GTA I own. I am very familiar with the Holley ECM, main reason I choose to go with it also on my "Turbo RX300". The Holley uses all GM cheap sensors that have already been connected to the engine; ECT(coolant temp), MAT(air temp), MAP(manifold...), TPS(throttle...) & IAC(idle air..). Well all sensors are up and running, BUT!!!! I still have no spark!!!! I dont know how to wireup the distributor. Anyone knows hot to use a GM module on a VG30 distributor? I've searched but all that I can find is for the 280Z and I've noticed that the VG30 uses four wires if I am not mistaken. I could make a GM upper /VG30 lower frankenstein hybrid distributor, but I am trying to avoid that route.
Anyone help!!!
Thanks in advance, here are some pics of the "Turbo RX300" on one of the engine bay of my GTA!!!
Happy Holidays!!!!!!!!!!
