Fuel Pressure Regulator
A couple of weeks ago I got a 86 300zx(t). While trying to start it and being unsuccessful, I noticed my FPR is missing the connector...completely. I have no idea where the wire would be that goes to the FPR. So question 1, from the FPR, where does the wire go to/ come from? I need to know so it can work and question 2, if I get one of those Ebay FPR, can i use it on this car or no? Thanx for helping me out

You need to be more specific about the ebay FPR. If it's adjustable and boost referenced, it's probably a waste of money unless you have the performance modifications to need it. |

The other end of your temp sensor wire should be connected to your ECU. I think it's basically for hot starts.

Which temp wire are you referring to? I didnt know the aftermarket FPR was adjustable. The reason im thinking of getting one is because I dont even know if the stock one is working or not.
Post a link to that ebay FPR if you want to talk about that. |
The Ebay FPR is just an idea at the moment. What I need to know where does the wire that plugs into the FPR come from. Im not quite good with fuel systems yet but I figure this car isnt going to run until I get power to the FPR.
