How do you get the head light out?

1987 Z31
Goodness, this is not easy..perhaps someone already knows how to pull out the head light fixture.
I cannot figure it out by looking at it. And,how the heck does one get to the screws?

thx

So, in the FSM and upon inspection of my car, I see there are 3 screws...2 readily accessible..the one on top and the one on the open side.
BUT...is the screw closest to the fender used?

I think I have figured it out..I know someone is saying this is simple, but anything you attempt the first time takes longer.
Probably they have a screw mount on each side so that one model headlamp can work on either side.

OK F this!

I get the two screws out..I should have taken the finishing plate off first WHO F'in knew? Fortunately I can crazy glue what broke back

But how the hell do you take the lens out after it is unscrewed? Why are there no directions anywhere?

SO, now I know why there are no videos..it is a PITA

2 screws to remove finishing plate- screws are underneath the cut outs.
4 screws to remove flap 2 in front and 2 in back. The light must be in the down position to get
the last screw. These are 9M
2 screws (Phillips head) holding & aiming the headlight 1 is in the middle on top. 1 is
on the inner side to the center of the car.
Disconnect the bulb.
On the right side (working on the passenger side light) disconnect the tension spring.

Then you have to struggle a bit to angle the lamp out. I used angled the right side first then was able to
pull out the lens. It is VERY snug and does does not simply slide out.

I hope this helps someone.

I have taken the fog light out..and put it back.

I got the headlight out..but it is too rusted inside and the screws will not come off to open it up.
So, instead of aggravating over it, I am ordering a clean one from Junk Yard parts.
They also have a car with nice rims..which I have always had ratty ones since I got this car.
So,. hopefully I can swing a sweet deal and get all the stuff I need and get on with life
Just replaced the 4 shocks and found a video showing how to easily fix leather seats. I went from a horrible tired old seat, to actually looking pretty darn good.
So, step by step..
