1987 300zx needs engine work,what do you guys think for 500 bucks??

 

By the looks of it, you got a better deal than I did. The body/paint looks good, and I can't say as much for my car. At least your previous owner didn't ****** the nose emblem off like mine did. I test drove it on Friday, slept on it, called him and told him I wanted to buy it on Saturday, bought it today, and when I went to pick it up he had taken the emblem off the front and put a biohazard sticker in its place.

 

Looks good, hows the interior and under the hood look?

 

The interior is pretty good no tears in the seats,and no cracks in the dash,the material on the t-tops is coming loose and the headliner could stand to be replaced,as for under the hood not to bad,just the usual stuff you see on a car this age.

except you have a gross 2by2 no offence i just think nissan should have never made a 2by2 option on a sports car, it would be like making a 4 seater vette thats just ghetto.

 

 

Many countries pay extra tax and insurance on 2 seaters than they do for 4 seaters. There's a reason the majority of the Z cars in Europe are 4 seaters.

I would agree with you. When you add 2 more seats to a car. It is no longer sporty or a sportscar. And I always hated the 2 + 2 Z's. Of course, one of my favorite Porsche's is a 4 seater. But then it is in a different class. And is called an exotic instead. And I am referring to the 928s. I have always liked that car, since I was a kid.

As for the Corvette. If they ever made a 4 seater, and or a 4 door version. (from factory) The Corvette would be finished in my book. It is bad enough that they made a Porsche 911 type 4 door puke my breakfast out car. Bleck!!!

 

Nah don't be sad, your 2+2 is cool unlike some other 2+2's out there.
