Hey All,

Got an 86 300ZX love the car. The hood struts are shot and its my dads and my toy and its his 60th.

Would love to replace both the hood and trunk struts with chrome ones and am having trouble locating them.

Can someone point me in the right direction?

I don't think chrome ones are available as direct replacements. I've owned 27 Z cars and have never seen a chrome one on a car or in a parts catalog.
