Chastain Shadow Louvers?

I have a new Shadow louver for a Datsun 300zx . Included are instructions, hinges, and hardware.

Is this item popular?

Is it rare in new condition?

What is the value of it?

Any insight and/or help would be greatly appreciated.

They are rare, not sure what its worth. Had one on my s130 but took it off. collection dust in my garage as we speak.
