hey guys the other day I saw 84 300zx for sale in my town I looked at it the body and the interer was in pretty good shape but when I opened the hood the motor was BAKED!!!! I was wondering if anyone would have a cheap motor or could I put my l28 in there...As you can probably see I'm not to sure about engine size

zero comes into play as I run through your streets

well the z31's came with v-6 engines. i've never heard of anyone putting an l28 in one. non-turbo's use the same engine found in some maxima's (8? thru '93 years) and they are pretty easily found at junkyards if you want to go that route.

maybe someone else can help you with the idea of installing an l28 in one but I imagine mounts and such will need to be fabricated, let alone the electrical/sensor work....
