I recently bought a 1984 300zx Turbo for $400. I got it running good but the clutch is a problem. I've replaced the stopper( for lack of a better word) in the slave cylinder, and bled the system but if I hold the clutch pedal halfway down, it slowly goes to the floor. I have not attempted to drive it,because common sense tells me NO.
Any suggestions? Should I bleed the system even more?

The hydraulics of the clutch aren't exactly the same as the brakes. You're suppose to be able to fully depress the clutch pedal, right down to the carpet.
1. Crank the engine.
2. Depress the clutch.
3. Put the shifter into the 1st gear (low) position.
4. Release the clutch.
5. If the vehicle moves, then drive it. It ain't the space shuttle!!
