Strut tower brace's
I have been trying to find a strut tower brace for the rear of my 84 Z turbo 2+2 can anyone tell me where I can find someone who makes them... Thankyou in advance...:)

your best bet is Cusco. Get the OS type. They also make a front brace.
BTW: the rear brace will require you to cut holes in a couple of your interior body panels so it can fit properly. |
strut tower bars
where would you find the cusco strut tower bars?
|
Don't care about cutting holes in the plastic, because the body is flexing under serious load (about 350rwhp) and I'm starting to get cracks in the paint above the left hand wheel arch... If their is a website you can point me to that would also be great help thankyou...

where to buy
hey, i found 3 types of front braces and 1 type (os type) of braces on the www.takakaira.co.jp website, so there is where you get them. They even have pricing in us dollars!:D

GReddy makes a strut tower brace, its only like $110...

wow this was a dead thread. Also there are some other good braces in Japan. I had one shipped over and it seems to of helped rigidity a little bit in the front (steering feels different in hard corners). Rear will have to be cusco though or a custom job.

GReddy.com James: I'm curious. What other brace did you find? Brand? Looks? Can you take a picture? |
Ill get a pic I have it off right not while I am doing some work. It is a custom build somewhat. Pretty much the same look as cusco.
