Another "Will They Fit" Thread

Gotta preface this with the fact that I struggle to properly understand offset and all that math.

But I've found some wheels that I really like, that match the stock bolt pattern on my 87 NA 2+2 (and the car is stock height).

The wheels are 17x8 with an ET of 45. I understand stock is 15x6.5 with an ET of 20.

If I've done the research and math right (thank you interwebs), they'll sit inboard more. About 44mm or 1.73 inches closer to the suspension.

So will they fit without modification or would I have to look into adding spacers?

Thanks!

will not fit. you need something more along the lines of 8 +20 or 8 0et. There are sooooo many wheel choices out there for a good price these days.
for example:

17x8 5 JNC 004s 5x100 5x114 3 15 Silver Machine Lip Wheel New Set 4 | eBay

15 offset, 8.5 width. Would look great on a Z

no problem. Make sure that if you do get 17's to not overdo the sidewall on the tire size. They look best with about 225/40 or or 215/45.
