This is wierd, my temp guage is swingin back and forth from the middle to the right side like a metrenome, I checked my coolant level, all good, the car is not perking at all like a coffee maker, hmmmm what could it be, could it be just the guage on turns, and answers ?

 

Bad sensor or loose wire would be the first thing to check. One of my 240sx's was doing that and it was the sending unit.
