Outside trim parts for 86 N/A

Hello,
I'm new to the forum, and Z cars. I have 2 300ZX's, a white 85 and a red 86.
I've noticed on my Red 86 that it is missing the outside trim pieces. The previous owner had the Z repainted and the trim was taken off and never put back on- I'm guessing they threw it away. I have some of the shorter parts and they are all cracked and faded.
I have looked on a few of the 300ZX parts sites and i have not seen any for sale. Do you guys have any tips for helping me find some? I have thought about going to a pick 'n pull yard, but its about a 2 hour drive to one for me so it's not my favorite option. I can get some pictures up if that is helpful.
The 86 is GLL as well, i don't know if that makes a difference as to what trim it has.
Thanks for any help guys, I look forward to being on the site with other fellow Z lovers.

Are you talking about the black rubber molding that runs the length of the car about knee level? That's dealership or junkyard parts. Won't find it at AutoZone, etc. And you've probably noticed that the 84/85 model molding is different than the 86 models. Doesn't matter if it was GL or GLL. And the 2+2 is different from the 2 seaters on the doors and behind the doors.

Yes, that is what I meant, I just found out yesterday that it is called moulding. I did notice it was different from my 85's moulding. I have come to notice that finding some things for 2+2 is a little more difficult, at least for me in my area. I have checked 300zx parts for you, but i didn't see any there. Courtasy parts has some left over stuff because they aren't making it anymore. It's a bit expensive for me anyways. I guess I will have to check out some junkyards to find it, or maybe someone with a parts car. At least I know what its called now, not trim, but moulding...hah It will help me search for it now.
Thanks for the reply.
