I recently purchased a compass controller for my AE since the one in there isn't working correctly now (it seems to think I'm always headed SW...). For the life of me, I can't find the old one under the dash in order to replace it. Does anyone know where it's located? The closest thing I've found is under the drivers side (left) just to the right and above where your knee goes. This box is marked ACS. I really don't think that runs the compass.... Any help will be appreciated, since I'm selling it soon.

 

I thought thats where they put the Suspension control unit...?

 

Well...If it's back by the spare tire, that explaines why I couldn't find it under the dash!!!

 

OK.... I found both of the items. I replaced the compass controller...........NOW (geez..) all of the LED's on both the acceleration meter AND the compass light up.
Do I need to reset the computer?
