what is this box??

what is this box??

its a small white box that was unplugged and i dont like having random wires unplugged so i plugged it in and it started clicking and wouildnt stop im lost and decided to inquire among individuals who now more about my car than me lol

Door / seat belt chime............ This is info found in your Haynes manual or FSM.

Check your door pin switch (also located on the same page of the FSM).

Is your car a 79-81? Mebbe it's diff than an 82-83?

i remember it well being in a round thingy because it would come un clipped and fall down under the pedals while i drive some times and i'd kick it out and it would ding just like when i open the door

lol ya i was trying to overcomplicate things it is but its never been hooked up on my car. the door pin sensor thing was crooked lol wow i feel like a dumbass
