Hello everyone,

Unfortunately, I made an error with my thermo time sensor and coolant temperature sensor placement locations. I was told by a mechanic that replacing the coolant temp sensor could help make my Z run a bit better.
So I bought a new sensor and replaced what I thought was the old temp sensor with the new one I bought. Regrettably, I had pulled out my thermo time sensor instead of the coolant tempt sensor and I put in the coolant temp sensor.
The car did not run right at all ( no surprise) and the engine shut off in my driveway. After doing google searches and buying a haynes manual I had realized the mistake I had made (felt like a clown) and took out the new coolant temp sensor from the thermo time sensor housing/slot/location and put the old thermotime sensor where it belonged. The engine will crank but, wont start and I'm starting to guess something was damaged during that fiasco. I do have spark but, I'm starting to think I damaged the other coolant temp sensor or the ECU... Has anyone ever ran into a problem like this before?
