I just left the paint bay getting a peek at the Z!
Ohhhh boy, it is coming together. I was nervous just walking
around the car and checking it out! I told my wife i just wanted
to sleep in the paint bay with it tonight! She said go ahead!

Rod was right... SILVER AND BLACK ARE FOR CARS !

That baby is silver and black... actually '83 Datsun platinum and Hummer black with 4 coats of clear coat! It looks wet !!!
Pics coming tomorrow. Still have to put window trim on, tail lights in, marker lights in and pinstripes.
I do remember one other night i was this EXCITED !!! (but we wont go there)
This has been going on since April and is now getting finished.

that one is a two seater....Yeah post a bunch of picts...i love the silver and black paint scheme.

 

oh yeah right! didnt look very close. that scheme is quite rare, there was only 2400 cars made with that color. and i crushed it, the body was totally shot.

 

looks like the 10th ann. but a little different. Man that'll look clean when done, and i noticed in your paper there was a zx for sale, 81 t-top!
