snwbrderphat540 10-23-2006 03:15 PM

beck and armley....or perfect circle are good rings i guess...and my dad is taking off his metal fan putting on the plastic one you might be able to get it from him for 15 dollars...toherwise he says search rock auto or advanced auto for rings they are like 60 bucks

veyenyl 10-23-2006 03:25 PM

I have a set of rings I'll let go for cheap. I'll check it when I get home.

snwbrderphat540 10-23-2006 03:30 PM

hey veyenyl are those bumpers (front i think is...rear im not sure) stock? i like them. i know the 240 had the very flush front one but all the rear bumpers i see on almost ALL s30's even 240s have a more protruding rear bumper than yours.

veyenyl 10-23-2006 04:37 PM

70-72 have the bumpers mounted closer to the body. Mine have the holes welded and re-chromed.

I think the rings I have are Hastings. I'll check the P/N later.

If you still need them I finally took a look at the set I have. They are Hastings piston rings for a standard L28e. PM me if you need them.
