Restoration

I have a 1980 280zx that I would like to have restored from the frame up. Does anyone recommend a person or a place/shop (nationwide) that can do a decent job at a reasonable Price?

What do you consider "reasonable"? 20,000, 30,000, 40,000 dollars? You can buy a really nice S130 car for 18,000-25,000 dollars.
