question about fluid lines
question about fluid lines
well i finally got her started but i have leaks in the clutch and brake hard lines. i was wondering if i could replace these with the steelbraided ones, or would it be best to buy the hard lines and reflare them.thanks in advance
Hardlines are better than even steel braided lines. Braided lines flex a LOT LESS than regular rubber lines but they still have a little more flex than a hard line. You can go to summit or Jegs and get hardline by the roll for pretty cheap. The hardest part is bending the lines to fit right. What you could do is just trim the hard lines back a little from where they're leaking and reflare them and just put in some SS line there. You can get that stuff from SUmmit and Jegs as well.
