I think that door needs some rust repair... other than that, it looks like it's got good potential!

Thanks! Unfortunately its a little more than just the door. The bottom of both doors, floor pans and frame rails, lower radiator support, just under fuel filter on wheel well, rear quarter in front of both rear wheels, and the bottom of the spare tire area. Also above and below the windshield need done and the structure of the hood is rusted. It wwas an old colorado car until I got it 8 years ago. I did some work and got paid in Datsun , Beginning of 2012 after college he's going to the body shop.

Dude... I appreciate your enthusiasm and I see you've already bought new front fascia and rear skirt, but you might be better off finding another car in better shape to start with. That much body work is going to be incredibly expensive to pay someone to do and they're guaranteed not to do it right. Not because they don't know how, but because they won't make any money on the job. They'll do it good enough to get you out the door and last a year or two and then the rust will creep back in and it'll be worse because it'll be covered up and when you do find it, it'll be too late.

Coming out of college in this economy, you'll need to save all the money you can...

Get one from Arizona, Nevada or California:

Good luck!

Ive been told that before. There's a long time friend of the family that has a body shop business that i'm having do it. I don't think he'd do me wrong but you never know. It's my first Z so i don't wanna get rid of it. I know it's going to be expensive. My fairlady is alot better off body-wise but i don't wanna start on that till i finish this one.
