Ok somethings not right

My 280ZX 2+2 Feels like Im driving on a windy day when its calm out. The steering almost feels like its floating. Thats really the best way I can describe it.

Ive check the steering system and the suspension, could worn out bushings cause this?

I've looked it over a few times now, and I still cant finad anything, Ive even started to look for cracked steel and nothing! Would a worn out gear box do this?

Does it drive straight if you let go of the wheel?

Could be bushings, ball joints, control arm, any other part of the front suspension. Easy answer: take it to a shop & have them do an alignment. :D

It drives straight as an arrow but then starts to wander in a random direction.

I dont trust any of the shops around here anymore, they "aligned" my Camaro and they did it EXTREMELY half-assed it drove worse after I got it back

I noticed mine started doing this as well, but only after I lowered it...

Hmm, mines not lowered at all. Eh maybe I should just finally replace all the bushings and stuff and see whats happens (all the bushings are still stock)
