well this weekend has been wow to say the least.
my brother came in (300zxTT) and we tought we should install hes profec boost controller in..ok so we get at it...damn shes tight in there, after screwing around with unlcamping hoses for almost 2 days and clamping everything back it...we managed to hook everything up correctly. Well, I vaccum tested the engine, leaks galore! We had to tighten every turbo coupler, every vaccum hose that there was on that thing!!! still a little leak by the EGR, but unless i take the tranny out I cant get to it, so next time I change the clutch that will be a go ahead. Anyways...took it out on a lone strech of road, I started off at LO = 8psi HI= 9 psi...she hit right at 9 and held strong...i started increasing one psi at a time until i got to 14...everything is peaches, and she pulls like a mule. So we got that wraped up, then my dad went for surgery today, has to have something taken out of hes stomach...they said simple procedure but im worried as hell....so like i said...wow weekend...
now back to my 280zx again!
