Oil Pressure Sending unit
 

My oil pressure sending unit is shot as oil is s drizzling out from the top of it, near the connection wire. Being that there are NONE other zx's on the island, will I find a direct replacement of the part off another make and model?



Moreover, will a 1980's, Nissan Bluebird T12/T72 oil pressure sender unit fit mine? I'm asking as my local mechanic has one laying near the driveway for parts.

which island is that? Iv got a ZX sender laying around here somewhere.

And why does it have a hole where the adaptor pins are? on top?


It there where it's leaking oil.

Anyone can tell me if it's possible to match another oil pressure sender switch from another car?

Go get a FACTORY one from an 84 300ZX, they use the same threading and connector but work MUCH better. I had one on my 280ZX and it read right and never leaked.
