I've owned many 300ZX's but this is my first 280ZX. I picked it up at an estate sale for $200 along with a 86 300ZX NA2T for another $300. I got a whole pickup full of spare parts for both.

It a 1981 280ZX 5 speed. It runs and drives pretty good but smokes a little. The rear exhaust pipe is rusted out and the interior is filthy from the deceased owner being a chain smoker.

 

Looks like you got a great deal! Body looks pretty clean.
